By this mail, members who are interested in contesting for Exco positions as listed in mail below should formally express their intention to the electoral committee on or before the 3rd of May 2021. Dear Cooperators, Please be informed that our 2020 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will no longer hold on 27th March 2021 because of unforeseen circumstances and issues raised by our regulatory body. We are hopeful the issues will be sorted out in about two weeks and our AGM should hold in April, 2021. Notice and information on election into vacant executive committee positions and rescheduled date for the AGM will be communicated in good time.
